At Beyond Polish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully secure your unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
